WHY WE GIVE BACK
Giving back and having a laugh
Laughter is infectious — if you see or hear someone laughing, it’s very hard not to laugh yourself. Laughter is uplifting and can make you feel good even when you’re not at your best.
At the Laughter Project, we design our laughter workshops to help promote workplace health and wellbeing. But did you know when you book a Laughter Workshop with us, you’re helping us to help others?
By participating and having a fit of the giggles or a good ‘ole belly laugh, you’re also helping to support and give back to the community through the Humour Foundation.
They say that laughter is the best medicine, and when it’s prescribed by clown doctors, you can’t help but feel better almost immediately.
With their incredible team of clown doctors, the Humour Foundation spreads ‘doses’ of fun and laughter and improves the quality of life for people in hospitals, health, and aged care facilities right across Australia.
The Laughter Project is proud to be a Humour Foundation Laughter Champion with part proceeds of every Laughter Workshop given back to help them continue their work in brightening the lives of all Australians.
